Return Policy: We're proud to create snacks we can stand behind at every step of the way, and we're excited to share them with you! That being said, sometimes life happens.
- For safety reasons, we can only replace or provide refunds for items that are defective, incorrect or damaged. If you need to file a claim and start your refund or exchange, send us an email with your order confirmation at email@example.com. If you’ve received a damaged item, please include a photo if possible to speed up the process.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale-Priced Items, wearable merchandise and Limited Edition Split Spotlight boxes cannot be returned. If these items arrive damaged or are missing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Refunds (If Applicable): After filing your claim, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. If your refund is not posted within 30 days of confirmation, we’d recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company with the original method of payment, or checking with us at email@example.com
